"...If you're a skier, you can ski practically from your door. The hiking and scenery are Indescribable." "LOTS of wonderful hiking. The town of Invermere is just 20 minutes "down" the mountain, where you can find good restaurants, fun boutique and craft shopping, grocery stores, Lake Windermere, and VERY friendly people." "...Units are complete with full kitchens, propane fireplaces, king bed, tub, and separate shower that has a showerhead at both ends and a bronze plaque of a moose on the wall. Very cozy. There are restaurants on site as well as a small pub, cappuccino bar, and small, fully stocked grocery store. A great treat after a nice hike is to sit in the hot tub with the steam rising and watch the sun set behind the snowcapped mountains. Fall is spectacular in this area."
